Comprising a team of South Australia’s most accomplished property development and social housing experts, Housing Renewal Australia Oaklands Park (HRA OP) has entered into an agreement with the South Australian Housing Authority to provide the funding to deliver the Oaklands Green project.
Under this agreement, HRA OP has the responsibility of engaging each of the third-party contractors required to bring the Oaklands Green vision to life. This includes the provision of demolition and ground works and contracting the construction companies. This includes Rivergum Homes as our inaugural builder.
Having become a household name in our state’s home building industry, Rivergum has now entrenched itself as one of our largest and most successful residential builders – particularly when it comes to housing developments such as Oaklands Green.

Junction is a not-for-profit community housing provider that assists residents to find safe and affordable homes, while providing family support services.
Since the Oaklands Green project’s inception, Junction has managed the consultation and relocation process for the area’s residents. As the development progresses, Junction’s community housing team will ensure that tenants are able to return to a brand-new Oaklands Green home that meets their needs and comforts.
